Hello, my CopTool arrived this morning. Your service is outstanding. The knife itself is superb! I am not replacing a carry knife, but adding one. I had thought about getting one of those hammer-like devices for our cars, but always worried that it would be in the wrong place if I needed it. The CopTool will be right with me in the event I need to cut through a seatbelt. I am rarely impressed with something as simple as a pocket knife, but this one is a pleasant exception. I will probably order additional CopTools for my family. Your design, fit, and finish make most competitors look just average.
